- EC and NNTR assessment according to Directive (EU) 2016/797 (with (EU) 2020/700) for the subsystem "Control, Command and Signalling - On-board".
- Conversion of the TRAXX AC1 locomotives (CFL Class 4000) for the purpose of equipping the train radio systems to the system of type MESA 26
- Removal of the train radio system ZFM21
- Continued use of loudspeaker and roof antenna

DB Regio train radio BR442 MESA26
- EC and NNTR assessment according to Directive (EU) 2016/797 (with (EU) 2020/700) for the subsystem "Control, Command and signalling - onboard".
- Conversion of multiple units of type TALENT 2 (series 442, 1442, 2442) from train radio CGR 3000 to MESA 26
- 12 different conversion locations
- 2 variants: single mode and dual mode
- Continued use of existing system components
